If items are substantially dirty from mud, highly coloured foods i.e. icing, curries, lipstick or burn marks then replacement cost will be charged if we can’t get marks out with laundering.
Napkins are supplied folded in half flat bundled in 10’s. This is so you can fold or style how you want to.
