To secure your date and stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit for your booking. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. Final quantities are adjusted 30 days out from your event to accomodate your guest list
All bookings are subject to a hire period of 4 calendar days. This means if your event is Saturday, you can pick-up on a Thursday and return on the Monday
Collection from our warehouse in Patumahoe is preferred but we can ship most items nationwide. Freight costs are dependent on your order and are added to your quote prior to confirmation of your hire
